At Metal Print Studios, we take pride in every print we produce. The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act entitles you to a remedy if your product is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@metalprintsstudio.com. Include your order number and photos. We will review your claim and offer a reprint or refund where applicable. All prints are custom made to order, so we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We also cannot issue refunds where low resolution customer artwork causes poor print quality. Please review our file preparation guidelines before placing your order.
