1.File Upload
Start by uploading your file or image. First, your image must meet our minimum requirement of 300dpi. Fortunately, most modern smartphones capture photos well above this. So you're likely already good to go.
However, if you have older or blurry images, we can still help. In that case, we offer an "AI Restoration and Enhancement" add-on to bring them back to life. From there, we take care of everything. This includes image selection, sizing, placement, and finish options. Ultimately, whether you have a clear vision or need guidance, we're here to help. 2.AI Image Restoration & Enhancement
Not every image arrives print-ready straight away. For instance, it might be a faded family photograph. Alternatively, it could be a damaged memory or an older digital file. Either way, our AI Restoration and Enhancement service can help. As a result, it repairs, sharpens, and enhances your image. The result is a stunning ChromaLuxe metal print.
To begin with, your file needs to meet a minimum of 300DPI. Thankfully, most modern smartphones make this easy. For example, the iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and Google Pixel 8 Pro all shoot at 48MP to 200MP. However, older photos or scanned files may need extra help. 3.Image Preparation & Review
Once you upload your file, our team gets straight to work. First, we analyse the resolution and correct the colours. Next, we optimise everything using Epson Edge software. As a result, this draws out the highest possible quality from your image.
Furthermore, this ensures your print meets our superior dye-sublimation standards. Importantly, we don't just process your file and move on. Instead, we guarantee every file reaches gallery-worthy quality. Therefore, we refine and adjust until everything is exactly right. Only then do we print.
4.Professional Printing
To start, we produce every print using the Epson F560 printer. We pair this with Epson Edge software. Together, this combination stands second to none for high-resolution quality. In addition, we exclusively use ChromaLuxe substrate panels. Consequently, they deliver the best quality and standards in the business.
Specifically, our dye-sublimation process infuses the image directly into the metal surface. As a result, this permanently bonds the image to create vibrant colours and exceptional detail. Ultimately, the result is lasting durability you can both see and feel.
Finally, our team personally quality checks every print. Moreover, we inspect and hand-finish each piece before it leaves our studio.
5.Finishing & Mounting Options
We offer a wide range of mounting options. Specifically, there is something to suit every space and style. For example, you can choose from wall mounts, float mounts, frames, and hanging systems.
In particular, many of these we custom make locally. Alternatively, others we source from trusted international suppliers. Additionally, we prepare every print for easy installation. As a result, it arrives ready to hang straight out of the box. Whether you use your own hardware or one of our systems, we've got you covered.
6.Packaging and delivery
At Metal Print Studios, we package every print with care. Specifically, we use recycled cardboard, foam, and wrap. Furthermore, we offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs. These include courier, and nationwide shipping.
In addition, for commercial work and larger installations, we also offer a professional installation service. However, this comes at an additional cost. Nevertheless, it ensures perfect placement and secure mounting to your exact standards.
Finally, once you upload your image, production begins straight away. As a result, you can expect your finished print to arrive within 5–7 days.
