At Metal Print Studios we take great pride in the quality of every print we produce. Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a remedy if your product is faulty, damaged or does not match its description. If you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us within 7 days of delivery at infometalprintstudio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess your claim and offer a reprint or refund where applicable. Please note that as all prints are custom made to order we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We are also unable to offer refunds where poor print quality is the result of low resolution artwork supplied by the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing our file preparation guidelines before placing your order.
