1.File Upload
Upload your file or image. Requirements for file upload need to be at least 300dpi (dots per inch), phones today take or capture photos over 300dpi with ease but for quality purposes we offer "AI Restoration and Enhancement" add on for old photos, blurry images etc. What we cover—image selection, sizing, placement and finish options. 2.AI Image Restoration & Enhancement
Not every image is print-ready straight away. Whether it's a faded family photograph, a damaged memory or an older digital file, our AI Restoration and Enhancement service repairs, sharpens and enhances your image — bringing it back to life ready for a stunning ChromaLuxe metal print.
All files must be a minimum of 300DPI for professional print quality. Today's modern smartphones such as the iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and Google Pixel 8 Pro shoot at 48MP to 200MP, making them more than capable of meeting this requirement. However for older photos, scanned images or compressed files, our AI enhancement ensures your image is fully optimised before it reaches the printer.

3.Image Preparation & Review
Image Preparation & Review: Once you provide your uploaded file, we analyze resolution, color correct and optimize using Epson edge software, getting the best high resolution out of your image too the utmost superior dye sublimination print standard's. We ensure and guarantee your files will be of high quality for gallery results. We refine until it's exactly right—then we print.
4.Professional Printing
Professional Printing: Using Epson f560 printer and Epson Edge software, this combination is next to none when it come's to high-resolution quality prints. We use Chromaluxe substrate panels, there the best in the business when it comes to quality and standards. Our dye-sublimation process infuses and permanently bonds the image into the metal surface, creating vibrant colors, exceptional detail and lasting durability. Every print is quality checked, inspected and hand-finished before it leaves our studio.
5.Finishing & Mounting Options
Finishing & Mounting Options: We currently have been experiencing with mounting wall option's on offer. We have multiple—wall mounts, float mounts, frames, hanging systems that are custom made by us, locally and from international suppliers . Each print is prepared for easy installation with your hardware or mounting system
6.Packaging and delivery
Packaging and Delivery: Metal Print Studios use's recycled cardboard, foam and wrap. Our delivery options are locally, courier and nationwide
shipping. For certain projects locally, Commercial work and larger installations at a cost, we offer a professional installation service to
ensure perfect placement and secure mountings to your standards. Our delivery time is between 5-7 days of submitting and uploading your image.
